We source primary steel from JSW, cut and machine to drawing on CNC and conventional turning, and ship only after dedicated pressure leak-testing — the exact consistency our OEM customers rely on for their assemblies.

We run a tightly integrated process line — cutting, pressing, turning, milling, welding, testing, marking — under one roof. That removes the inter-vendor variance that kills consistency in heavy fab, and lets us guarantee dimensional and pressure compliance before parts leave the gate.

Aakruti CNC flame cutting system. Profile-cuts JSW steel plate to drawing, feeding the machining line.

Hydraulic Press

In-house press for forming and upsetting operations. Built on Alang-base heavy engineering platform.

Structural welding and fabrication, with 10 MT overhead crane and 50 MT weighbridge for heavy assemblies.

Process

From plate to pressure-tested part — eight steps, one shop floor.

Every part follows the same disciplined flow. Material in. Cut. Turn. Mill. Mark. Finish. Test. Dispatch. The same line that ships to Kirloskar serves every other industrial OEM we supply — the product reaches each customer with the same provenance, the same tolerances, the same leak-test certificate.

    Raw material in

    JSW primary steel arrives — fully traceable to mill heat number.

    CNC flame cut

    Profile-cut to drawing up to 300 mm thick, ±0.5 mm accuracy.

    Lathe turning

    Conventional and CNC turning. Up to 1000 mm dia heavy work.

  4. 04

    VMC / CNC milling

    Faces, bores, holes machined to print on the 850 × 550 VMC.

  5. 05

    Marking / engraving

    Part number + heat number stamped for full traceability.

  6. 06

    Final turn / finish

    Final dimensional pass and surface finish to drawing.

    Pressure leak test

    Every pressure-bearing part tested before dispatch. Zero-leak gate.

    Dispatch

    Vendor handoff or direct delivery to the OEM assembly line.
